About the Role
The Education Technology Project Manager leads and manages cross-functional projects related to the development, implementation, and enhancement of the education technology platforms we use to deliver digital learning programs and instructional services. You'll define scope, align teams, and turn strategy into shipped, on-time work.
What You'll Do
Lead and manage cross-functional projects related to the development, implementation, and enhancement of education technology platforms used to deliver digital learning programs and instructional services.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics in alignment with organizational goals, and develop detailed project plans for effective, on-time execution.
Coordinate cross-functional teams — including product, engineering, content development, and customer support — to facilitate execution, resolve operational and technical issues, and keep everyone aligned with requirements.
Monitor project progress, resource allocation, and milestone achievement, and implement risk-mitigation strategies that address delays, scope changes, or performance gaps.
Analyze platform performance data, user-engagement metrics, and operational reports to identify improvement opportunities and support data-driven decision-making for current and future projects.
Prepare and present project status reports, performance analyses, and implementation updates to senior management to support strategic planning and continuous process improvement.
Minimum Requirements
Master's degree in Education Technology, Project Management, or a related field, plus 36 months of experience in project management, business operations in educational technology, or related operational environments.
Ability to manage project timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional resources.
Experience working with technical teams to ensure successful project execution.
Ability to analyze operational or project data and prepare status reports.
Knowledge of project management principles and organizational processes.
